Woolith Fair is an event for yarn lovers and fibre artists from the Lower Mainland and beyond.  Organized by the West Coast Knitters’ Guild, this three-day yarn crawl is designed to get you out and about, and visiting as many Local Yarn Stores (LYSs) and fibre-related businesses as possible!  The event is open to everyone – you do not need to be a Guild Member to participate.

From April 28th to 30th, 2017, LYSs from Vancouver to Abbotsford will be celebrating all things yarny, with discounts and promotions, yummy treats, and giveaways. Collect stamps on the Woolith Fair Passport as you go, and you can enter to win one of  several different prizes (more details will be posted on the Passport page soon!).

Please explore this website to learn all about Woolith Fair 2017.  The Home Page features blog posts about each of the LYSs, Fibre Studios, and other locations that will be acting as Crawl Stops during this year’s event. You can also check out our Woolith Fair Map to see the exact location of each stop, and plan your route for the weekend.  You can also follow us on twitter, instagram, and facebook for all the latest updates on the event!

  1. Is there a group going around together? I don’t have a car so wouldn’t be able to go to Richmond, Langley, or Maple Ridge stores, only the Vancouver ones!

    1. Transportation to the various Crawl Stops will be the responsibility of the individual Crawlers – we don’t have the capacity to take that on. Please visit our Ravelry Group for Woolith Fair – maybe if you post there, you can find people to travel with.
